Next stop on the 2019 Figure 9 Real Estate Multi-Family Market Tour was Dallas / Ft. Worth. DFW was the largest market we visited and we were optimistic about finding some Value-Add Multi-Family investment opportunities.

  • CON: Larger geographic market with lots of sub markets

Our Impressions

We found quite a bit of opportunities that fit with our Value-Add Multi-Family focus. Our trip confirms what we saw in the stats.
