We had a fun experience, a story worth sharing, on our way into St. George Utah (see video). There is a lot of growth in St. George and the market is one of the highest population growth areas in the United States right now.
The other market data was not as promising for our Value-Add Multi-Family Strategy, so we will not be investing there right now.
