Figure 9 LLC currently has full site control of 5 acres of Carson City real estate with the intent to develop a new 64 unit Class A multi family project on the property. The planned community will feature full amenities with a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom configurations and is located in Southwest Carson City.
The project is currently in the pre construction phase and the team is working through the final design of the project in combination with the necessary entitlements.
The project will include up to 64 Units total with covered parking around each building. The layout and finishes will be similar to that shown here. We expect to break ground in 2023 depending on the regulatory approval schedule.
