The Iowa Flats project was a complete repositioning of a market rate, ten unit lower Class C apartment complex in a gentrifying area of Anchorage. The project involved a complete studs out remodel of the interiors and substantial work to the exterior of the property. Work was executed within a six month time frame.
The property is operated as a boutique Airbnb Hotel in the summer season and a portion of the units as furnished rentals during the off season. The furnished rental units performed beyond projections upon completion of the remodel.
